ما نحتفظ به

للمستخدمين: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والدور داخل المنظمة، وسجل الدخول إلى المنصة.

للمنظمات العميلة: ما ترفعه المنظمة بنفسها من ملف بياناتها وملفاتها ووثائقها وسجلاتها، وما تُعدّه المنصة لها من وثائق وتقارير.

للشركات التي نراسلها: اسم الشركة وعنوان بريدها العام للأعمال، ولا نراسل أفراداً بصفتهم الشخصية.

What we hold

For users: name, email address, role within their organization, and the record of signing in to the platform.

For client organizations: what the organization uploads itself (its workbook, files, documents and records) and the documents and reports the platform prepares for it.

For companies we write to: the company's name and its public business mailbox. We do not write to private individuals.

كيف نستخدمه

لتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها المنظمة فقط. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجرها، ولا نستخدمها في الإعلان.

كل منظمة ترى بياناتها وحدها، ولا يطّلع عليها غير أعضائها وفريق كاما المكلّف بخدمتها.

لا نشارك البيانات إلا بالقدر اللازم لتقديم خدمة طلبتها المنظمة، أو حين يُلزمنا القانون.

How we use it

Only to deliver the service the organization asked for. We do not sell or rent data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Each organization sees its own data alone; it is open only to its members and the KAMA team assigned to serve it.

We share data only as far as needed to deliver a service the organization asked for, or where the law requires it.

متعلمو أكاديمية كاما

ما نحفظه: اسمكم كما تكتبونه للشهادة، وبريدكم، وكلمة مروركم مشفّرة لا تُقرأ، وما شاهدتموه من كل محاضرة، ونتائج اختبارات المحاضرات، وطلبات الشراء وإيصال التحويل الذي ترفعونه وفاتورتكم، وشهادتكم. ولمن يحفظ نتيجة اختبار المستوى بموافقته: بريده ونتيجته ونص ما وافق عليه.

لماذا: لفتح حسابكم والدورات التي اشتريتموها، ولاحتساب مشاهدتكم واختباراتكم، ولإصدار فاتورتكم وشهادتكم، ولإرسال نتيجة اختبار المستوى ورسائل المتابعة الثلاث لمن وافق عليها فقط. الأساس: العقد الذي تقبلونه عند الشراء، وموافقتكم على رسائل المتابعة، والتزام كاما بحفظ الفواتير.

يُرسم اسمكم وبريدكم على الفيديو أثناء المشاهدة لحماية الدورة. وصفحة التحقق العامة للشهادة تُظهر لمن يحمل رقمها أو رمز QR: اسمكم كما على الشهادة، والدورة، وتاريخ الإتمام، والساعات، ولا شيء غير ذلك. ولا يظهر متوسطكم فيها إلا إن اخترتم إظهاره من حسابكم. ويمكنكم طلب سحب الشهادة فتُغلق صفحتها.

إيصال التحويل محفوظ مشفّراً، يراه فريق كاما المكلّف بتأكيد التحويل وحده. وبيانات الأكاديمية كلها على استضافة كاما، مشفّرة ومحمية.

مدة الحفظ: يُحذف سجل مشاهدتكم واختباراتكم لدورة ما تلقائياً بعد اثني عشر شهراً من انتهاء وصولكم إليها، ويُحذف اختبار المستوى الذي يجريه أحد دون حساب بعد اثني عشر شهراً. وتبقى الشهادة الصادرة وصفحتها لأنها لكم، وتبقى الفواتير وإيصالاتها المدة التي يطلبها نظام ضريبة القيمة المضافة لأنها سجل نظامي. ونحذف الحساب وسجل المشاهدة والاختبارات قبل ذلك عند طلبكم.

طلبات الشركات: نحفظ اسم الشركة ودولتها واسم المسؤول عن الطلب وبريده وهاتفه وعدد الأشخاص والدورات، لإعداد العرض والفاتورة وحدهما. ومن يفتح دورة بكود من شركته يرى منسق شركته في صفحتها اسمه وبريد حسابه وتقدّمه في تلك الدورة وشهادته، ولا شيء من دوراته الأخرى.

يمكنكم إيقاف رسائل المتابعة في أي وقت من الرابط الموجود في كل رسالة، ولا نكتب بعدها إلى ذلك العنوان أبداً.

مسؤول حماية البيانات: لطلب نسخة من بياناتكم أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو لأي سؤال عن خصوصيتكم، اكتبوا إلى info@kama-ksa.com بعنوان «حماية البيانات»، ويرد عليكم المسؤول عن حماية البيانات في كاما خلال ثلاثين يوماً.

KAMA Academy learners

What we hold: your name as you write it for the certificate, your email, your password stored as a hash that cannot be read, what you watched of each lecture, your lecture test results, your orders with the transfer receipt you upload and your invoice, and your certificate. For anyone who keeps a level test result with their consent: their email, their result and the words they agreed to.

Why: to open your account and the courses you bought, to count your watching and your tests, to issue your invoice and certificate, and to send the level test result and the three follow-up messages only to those who agreed to them. The basis: the contract you accept when you buy, your consent to the follow-ups, and KAMA's duty to keep its invoices.

Your name and email are drawn across the video while you watch, to protect the course. A certificate's public verification page shows anyone holding its number or QR code: your name as on the certificate, the course, the completion date and the hours, and nothing else. Your average is shown there only if you choose so in your account. You may ask for a certificate to be withdrawn, and its page then closes.

Transfer receipts are kept encrypted and seen only by the KAMA team that confirms transfers. All of the academy's data is on KAMA's hosting, encrypted and protected.

How long we keep it: your viewing record and test results for a course are deleted automatically twelve months after your access to it ends, and a level test taken with no account is deleted after twelve months. An issued certificate and its page stay, since they are yours, and invoices and their receipts stay for as long as the VAT regulations require, since they are statutory records. We delete your account, viewing record and test results sooner on request.

Companies' requests: we keep the company's name and country, the contact's name, email and telephone, the number of people and the courses, to prepare the offer and the invoice only. A learner who opens a course with a code from their company is seen on the company's page by its coordinator: their name, their account's email, their progress in that course and their certificate, and nothing of their other courses.

You can stop the follow-up messages at any time from the link in each one, and we never write to that address again.

Data protection contact: to ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, or with any question about your privacy, write to info@kama-ksa.com with «Data protection» in the subject; KAMA's person responsible for data protection answers within thirty days.

حسابات كاما على وسائل التواصل

تنشر منصة كاما منشورات كاما نفسها على صفحات كاما نفسها في فيسبوك وإنستغرام ولينكدإن وإكس، عبر الواجهات الرسمية لكل شبكة، وبعد موافقة مسؤول في كاما على كل منشور.

لا تقرأ المنصة بيانات متابعي هذه الصفحات أو المعلّقين عليها، ولا تحتفظ بأي بيانات عن مستخدمي فيسبوك أو إنستغرام. لا يُطلب من أي مستخدم لهذه الشبكات تسجيل الدخول إلى المنصة.

KAMA's social media accounts

The KAMA platform publishes KAMA's own posts to KAMA's own pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, through each network's official interface, after a KAMA administrator approves each post.

The platform does not read the data of the people who follow or comment on these pages, and it keeps no data about Facebook or Instagram users. No user of these networks is asked to sign in to the platform.

الحماية

البيانات على استضافة كاما مشفّرة ومحمية، أو على خادم المنظمة نفسها إن اختارت ذلك. الاتصال بالمنصة مشفّر.

يدخل المستخدم بكلمة مرور، ومعها رمز يصل إلى بريده حيث يُطلب، أو بمفتاح المرور (البصمة أو الوجه) على جهازه.

Protection

Data on KAMA's hosting is encrypted and protected, or kept on the organization's own server where it chooses so. The connection to the platform is encrypted.

Users sign in with a password, with a code sent to their email where one is required, or with a passkey (fingerprint or face) on their own device.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط

تستخدم المنصة ملفات تعريف الارتباط اللازمة لعملها فقط: جلسة الدخول (ومنها جلسة حساب الأكاديمية)، ولغة العرض. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع إعلانية.

Cookies

The platform uses only the cookies it needs to work: the sign-in session (the academy account's included) and the display language. We use no advertising trackers.

حذف البيانات

لطلب نسخة من بياناتكم أو حذفها، اكتبوا إلى info@kama-ksa.com من البريد المسجّل لدينا، وسنرد خلال ثلاثين يوماً.

ولمن تواصل مع صفحات كاما على فيسبوك أو إنستغرام: المنصة لا تحتفظ بأي بيانات عنكم من هذه الشبكات. وإن أردتم التأكد أو طلب الحذف فاكتبوا إلى العنوان نفسه.

Deleting data

To ask for a copy of your data or its deletion, write to info@kama-ksa.com from the address registered with us, and we will answer within thirty days.

For anyone who interacted with KAMA's pages on Facebook or Instagram: the platform keeps no data about you from these networks. To confirm this or ask for deletion, write to the same address.
