HACCP

HACCP — building a hazard analysis and critical control point system

Three recorded lectures by KAMA's trainer, about two and a half hours: where HACCP came from and what food safety asks, the hazards a food can carry and the prerequisite programmes under the system, then the preliminary steps and the seven principles, from the HACCP team and the product description to critical limits, monitoring, corrective action, verification and records.

Payment is by bank transfer; what you bought opens once KAMA confirms the transfer, and your invoice is issued with it. The price shown is your country's, read from your connection. It follows the country the money is paid from: an Egyptian price is paid only by a transfer from Egypt into the account in Egypt, and an order whose transfer comes from another country is refused, not confirmed. Someone from Egypt living in Saudi Arabia pays the Saudi price. The courses carry no VAT.

The 40-hour auditor training programme

This course grows into 40 hours of auditor training, lived on the platform from the first lecture to the certificate. Each stage is credited only when its work is done and its hours are measured: time counts only while you work on a programme page, at most eight hours a day, over 5 days at the least. At the end, a certificate of completion stating the 40 hours by stage, verifiable by anybody.

  1. 1Recorded lectures · Every recorded lecture watched whole, each with its test.3.5 h
  2. 2Guided reading · The lectures in writing, the slides and KAMA's study notes, unit by unit, with checkpoint questions, and six units on auditing.8.5 h
  3. 3Applied worksheets · A practical task after each lecture on an invented organization of the standard's world, marked by you against KAMA's model answers.12 h
  4. 4Audit simulation · A whole audit: the plan, the checklist, the evidence and interviews, the nonconformities hidden in it, and the report.12 h
  5. 5Final assessment · A final paper in the auditor examination's shape and a written part.4 h

A training completion, not a certification of the person. A certification body's auditor examination stays its own, and it accepts the training of any provider it recognises; this programme is one way to it, never the only one. Nobody at KAMA marks your work: the platform marks what it can, and you mark your writing against KAMA's model answers.

It includes the recorded course. If you already bought the course, its price is taken off.

Internal Auditor Training: Certificate of Completion

One price covers the course, its tests and one certificate. It is issued by KAMA in your name once every lecture's test is passed, with a number and a QR code to its public page. This is a certificate of completion of internal auditor training. It is not a certification of the person's competence.

The 40-hour programme's certificate

Issued by KAMA in your name when every stage of the programme is credited and its hours measured, never before the fifth day: the 40 hours by stage on its face, a number in the KAMA-A40 series and a QR code to its public page. A training completion, not a certification of the person.

Yes. The first lecture is free in full with no account, and a short level test gives you your result and the lectures to focus on.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer to the account shown with your order: from Egypt into an account in Egypt, from every other country into KAMA's account in Saudi Arabia. You upload the transfer receipt, KAMA's team confirms it, the course opens, you are emailed, and your invoice is issued. The price is your country's, with no VAT.

How long is the course, and for how long can I watch it?

3 lectures, about 2 h 25 min. It stays open in your account for 365 days (one year) from the confirmation of the transfer, and a certificate issued stays valid after that.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full if you ask within 7 days of the confirmation of the transfer and have not passed any lecture's test. The details are on the terms and refunds page.

How do I get the certificate?

Each lecture is watched whole, in order and at its normal speed, then its short test is passed (four of five). Once every test is passed, the internal auditor training certificate of completion is issued in your name with a number and a QR code anybody can verify.

What kind of certificate is it?

This is a certificate of completion of internal auditor training. It is not a certification of the person's competence. It shows that you completed the course and passed its tests.

In which language is the course?

The trainer speaks Arabic, with subtitles in Arabic or English, as you choose.

Can I download the lectures?

No. The lectures are watched on the screen inside your account only, with your name shown on the video.
