What you buy

The right to watch one recorded course on the screen inside your KAMA Academy account, with a test after each lecture, and KAMA's internal auditor training certificate of completion once every lecture is watched in full and its test passed. Lectures and slides are never downloaded as files.

Price and payment

One price covers the course, its tests and one certificate. The courses carry no VAT and no other fees. Each course has a price in SAR for Saudi Arabia, EGP for Egypt, AED for the Emirates and USD for every other country.

The price shown is your country's, read from your connection. It follows the country the money is paid from: an Egyptian price is paid only by a transfer from Egypt into the account in Egypt, and an order whose transfer comes from another country is refused, not confirmed. Someone from Egypt living in Saudi Arabia pays the Saudi price. The courses carry no VAT.

Payment is by bank transfer only: from Egypt into the Commercial International Bank (CIB) account in Egypt, and from every other country into KAMA's account in Saudi Arabia, as shown with your order. You write the order's number on the transfer and upload its receipt. The course opens once KAMA confirms the money has arrived, you are emailed, and your invoice is issued in your account.

Access period

The course stays open in your account for 365 days (one year) from the day the transfer is confirmed. A certificate already issued stays valid, and its public page stays up, after that.

Company seats

A company asks for a quote from any course's page, pays by one transfer into its country's account, and receives one invoice and its seats: a code per person per course. The company discount is never combined with a marketer's code.

A person types the code on their own account page, and the course opens for 365 days from that day. A code not used within a year of the confirmation of the transfer lapses. The company's coordinator sees on its page who took each seat, their progress in that course and their certificate.

Cancellation and refunds

An order not yet confirmed can be cancelled from its page, at no cost.

Once confirmed, the amount is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the confirmation and have not passed any lecture's test. Write to info@kama-ksa.com with the order number: the amount is returned by transfer to the account it came from, and the course closes in your account.

After 7 days, or once any lecture's test is passed, the amount is not refunded, since the course has been delivered. You keep the right to a refund where KAMA cannot deliver the course for a reason of its own.

Use

The account is personal. It is not shared, and the lectures are not recorded, filmed or republished. Your name and email are shown on the video while you watch.

Each lecture is watched in full, in order and at its normal speed for its test to open; each test has five questions, four to pass, and up to five attempts a day.

The certificate

This is a certificate of completion of internal auditor training. It is not a certification of the person's competence. It is issued in your name as your account holds it, with a number, a QR code and a public verification page.

A certificate is withdrawn where it was obtained against these terms (a shared account, or getting round the watching or the tests), or at its holder's request; its verification page then says it is withdrawn.
