How we deliver
What to know before enrolling in any course.
- The course
- Recorded lectures by KAMA's trainers: the trainer speaks Arabic, with the subtitles in Arabic or English. Each course has its page: its lectures and the length of each, the training hours, its price in your country's currency with no VAT, and common questions. The first lecture is free with no account, with a free level test.
- Who it is for
- Anyone working in a management system or preparing for one: quality, safety, environment, information security and food safety officers, internal auditors, and business owners. No previous experience is required.
- What you need
- A current browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) on a computer, phone or tablet, a steady internet connection of at least 3 Mbit/s, and a speaker or headphones. Nothing is installed.
- How you learn
- Each lecture is watched in full, in order and at its normal speed; its chapters open one after another, and the account keeps where you stopped. Lectures are watched on the screen only, with your name on the video.
- Assessment
- After each lecture, a test of 5 questions drawn from that lecture; 4 right to pass, up to 5 attempts a day, each attempt drawing other questions first. Once handed in you see the right answer, why, and the moment in the lecture where it is taught.
- The certificate
- Once every lecture's test is passed, KAMA issues an internal auditor training certificate of completion in your name, with a number, a QR code and a public verification page, which you can add to LinkedIn. It is not a certificate of competence.
- Access
- The course stays in your account for 365 days from the confirmation of the transfer.
- Payment and refunds
- By bank transfer, from Egypt into the CIB account in Egypt and from every other country into KAMA's account in Saudi Arabia; the course opens once the transfer is confirmed, with your invoice. The amount is refunded in full within 7 days of confirmation while no lecture's test is passed.
- Support
- Write to info@kama-ksa.com or call +966 54 415 2456; we answer within two working days, on anything technical or about the course's content.
- Complaints
- Send a complaint to info@kama-ksa.com with «Complaint» in the subject; it is answered within two working days with what was done.
- Your data
- What we hold and why, who sees it, and how to ask for a copy or its deletion: the privacy statement, its section on academy learners.
